Returns Policy- Applies to all shipments

We accept returns up to 30 days of date received. Product can be unopened (product must not be broken)

If you are unhappy with your product, or believe it to be defective, please reach out!

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of a store credit minus any shipping fees which are considered to be restocking fees.  If an item ships for free, then 9.99 will be deducted from the order total as a restocking fee with a credit on the customers account to apply towards a new order. 


When will my order ship?
All orders usually have a processing time of 1-3 business days, no orders are processed over the weekend or on US Federal holidays.  Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping. 

Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.


What Do I do If my Package Is lost?
Although this is a rare case, a damaged or lost package is another reason why you may experience USPS shipping delays. If you haven’t received your package for more than 7 days after the estimated delivery time frame, you should consider raising the issue with USPS.
 When will I receive my order after it ships?
Most of our orders ship via USPS. USPS’ shipping time is on average 3-7 business days. We are not liable for any delays once the item has been picked up*. Please contact USPS directly if you have any additional concerns.


*We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences such as but not limited to weather, COVID-19, Holiday rush, and lost packages
